"Rest" Nightshirt, Black, Size Large

Super comfy women's nightshirt! "Rest" is hand cut and sewn from repurposed patchwork fabric. Size Large. Nightshirt hits mid-thigh. In a super soft rayon with a touch of spandex.  The nightshirt has been pre-washed.  The "Rest" wording is intentionally frayed, 'rugged', and imperfect.  It will continue to fray beautifully over time.  Machine wash and dry, inside-out. (Fuzzy slippers not included.)

This design is inspired by my recent scripture reading, meditation, and prayer about the spiritual discipline of "rest".  One author said (and I paraphrase), "rest is more than the absence of activity".  That really got my attention.  We are all so busy, so 'motivated', pursuing so many things, that I think we (I) have lost the ability to truly rest - physically and spiritually resting in Him. Rest is a spiritual discipline.  So, this nightshirt (I've made several for myself) is a little reminder to "Rest".

Note: These nightshirts tend to run a bit small.  I would recommend ordering one size up.
